V-cube Internet becomes publicly listed and is now V-cube Internet, Inc.

V-cube USA, Inc. established. Located in Los Angeles, California, the company was set up to penetrate the US market.

V-cube Broad Communications, Inc. established to develop visual communication tools to be provided as a service.
September 2005
V-cube, Inc. acquires 100% shares in V-cube Broad Communication, Inc., officially making it a subsidiary of V-cube, Inc.

To further strengthen visual communication business, V-cube Broad Communications, Inc. is officially merged with V-cube, Inc.

V-cube Malaysia Sdn Bhd established in Kuala Lumpur to develop and expand business in Southeast Asia.

To facilitate business expansion and development in China, Brav International Ltd together with its subsidiary Tianjin Bo Technologies Co., Ltd (now known as Guilinfang (Tianjin) Co., Ltd) were brought into the fold as consolidated subsidiaries.
V-cube Singapore Pte Ltd (now a consolidated subsidiary) established as a business arm.
